First Nations Suicide Prevention, Cultural Safety + Threat Management
Delusionally Confident.
Delusionally Confident.
I work where systems fail people. For over a decade, I’ve stood at the intersection of suicide prevention, cultural safety, and inclusion—especially for First Nations and LGBTQIA+SB communities. My work has shaped national conversations, informed government strategy, and built new pathways when none existed.
From publishing Australia's first report on Aboriginal LGBQTI suicide prevention, to developing national training frameworks and founding award-winning initiatives—I don’t enter softly. I lead with precision, integrity, and results.
I’m not a consultant with theories. I’m a practitioner who’s walked it, lived it, changed it.
Disruption by design.
I don’t fix broken systems—I redesign them from the inside out.
Every strategy I create is rooted in lived experience, hard-won clarity, and cultural accountability. I bring frameworks that strip away padding and get to the point. My process is sharp, adaptive, and grounded in real-world impact—built to work across trauma, identity, leadership, and high-stakes environments.
I move quietly but deliver outcomes that speak loud.
Often on the road—if the satellite holds, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
